Lecithin (source of Phosphatidylserine)

Rhodiola rosea
- A plant adaptogen which helps the body respond to environmental changes
and has a stress protective effects. The nutrients in R. rosea have two key actions: they help regulate cortisol release and influence production of neurotransmitters.
L-Tryptophan
- An amino acid precursor to serotonin. Regulation of serotonin can improve anxiety and stress as it has a role in many physiological functions. Supplementation in dogs has been found to reduce anxiety signs.
Passiflora incarnata
- A plant containing flavonoids that can help support natural calming mechanisms in the body. The nutrients help modulate neurotransmitter pathways and can aid in the management of anxiety.
B-vitamins (B1, B3, B6)
